The R.A.D. Group (Racine Advanced Design) was established in 2003 by two principal partners both having 30 plus years in mold making, tool and die and molding industries. This includes the design, building and repair of molds/dies and the production end of processing and producing parts. Quality parts can only come from quality tooling and a well defined process . Coming from the tooling side of the business gave us the perspective needed to apply that knowledge to the production of the actual parts and assemblies.
Since starting the company to service the CPAP industry by supplying silicone masks and related parts we have expanded to include all areas of the medical device market. We also supply parts to the consumer, OEM, industrial, electronics, military, aerospace and automotive industries. Along with the ability to offer silicone parts to these industries we also have the capability to provide all of the different elastomer and plastic parts and assemblies as well.
